My health-conscious journey began a decade ago, but it wasn’t until 2017 that I discovered the buzzword- macros. The "If It Fits Your Macros" approach completely revolutionized my fitness journey. Once I understood the “what, how, and why” of tracking macros, nutrition became easy, enjoyable, and rewarding. I achieved results I never thought possible—and I didn’t have to give up carbs to do it!

While you can find countless articles explaining this awesome approach, too much information can feel overwhelming if you're a nutrition newbie like I once was. That’s why I founded MelLo Macros: to strip away the intimidation surrounding macros and teach others how to use this game-changing approach in a simple, sustainable way.

Now, I'm taking this passion into the workplace, helping companies foster healthier, happier, and more productive teams through customized corporate wellness programs. I believe that mastering nutrition doesn’t just transform individuals—it can also reshape the dynamics of an entire organization. So whether you're new to nutrition, trying to nail your macros, or looking to bring wellness into your workplace, it’s time to embrace the Chill Approach to Change. Together, we can create healthier habits that last a lifetime!

Carly Lilley,

Tucson, AZ

I was nervous about joining the world of macros but Melissa quickly eased my mind and broke it down into simple context that I could put into practice right away. I have a family of four and wanted something that I could implement not just for myself but for my family. Counting macros isn’t about depriving your self of the foods you love, it’s about being conscience about fitting it within your daily macro “budget.” This means I can still have all the things! Carly Lilley,
